Prix Cem Erthur Prize à Jaunė Vaitkevičiūtė

Suite à la présentation de son article "Short-term and long-term impacts of climate change on European agriculture" lors du 18th International Workshop on Spatial Econometrics and Statistics qui s’est tenu le 23 et 24 Mai à Paris, Jaunė Vaitkevičiūtė, ATER au BETA, a remporté le prix de "jeune économiste en économétrie spatiale Cem Erthur Prize".

 

About prize :

"The Cem Ertur Prize aims to recognize and honor outstanding research by a junior researcher related to spatial econometrics. The prize has been created in memory of Cem Ertur, Professor of Economics at the University of Orléans (France). Cem Ertur was renowned in the scientific community for his work on the integration of interactions between observations in macroeconomic theory and his methodological contributions in spatial econometrics. Knowledge transmission was at the heart of Cem Ertur’s interests, which motivates a prize dedicated to young researchers to honor him."
